I am with Crime Prevention Ottawa and we are currently running a campaign called Don’t be THAT guy which addresses alcohol/drug related sexual assaults when consent cannot be given. I found it very interesting that under point 4 (Toronto is stuck in the past) you discuss the issue of kicking out inebriated patrons into the cold; from our standpoint we worry about the same issue, especially when it comes to young women being left on their own. We understand that these issues are related to liability; however we strongly believe that something needs to change. I hope you have the time to check out our campaign and posters as I will be following your progress. Keep up the great work!
